Our cupcakes are made from the latest available ingredients and we always aim to source our ingredients locally as possible. We only use local free range eggs, natural British butter, buttermilk, pure Madagascan bourbon vanilla, good quality cocoa powder and 65% plain chocolate. With no artificial flavours, additives or preservatives and with a finishing touch of our globally sourced sprinkles, we are proud of our little works of art.

Our Range
Apple cinnamon crumble cupcake: Baked with freshly grated apples and layered with cinnamon crumble and generously topped with butterscotch cream cheese frosting.
Ginger lemon cupcake: Warm spicy ginger cupcake topped with a tangy lemon butter cream frosting made from the zest and juice of fresh lemons then scattered with mini gingerbread men.
Ruby Rose velvet cupcake: A cocoa infused buttermilk cupcake disguised in a red velvet cloak topped with the signature vanilla Ruby Rose Swirl.
Zucchini and lime curd cupcake: Made from freshly grated zucchini, golden sultanas and filled with homemade lime curd and topped with sweet cream cheese frosting, so light they could fly away. This unique little cupcake surprises everyone who tries it.
Vanilla Vanilla Vanilla: Classic Ruby Rose vanilla cupcake. Delicious vanilla cupcake flavoured with pure Madagascan bourbon vanilla and topped with the signature Ruby Rose vanilla butter cream swirl.
Vanilla Jam Cake: A twist on the classical Victoria sponge cake. Delicious vanilla cupcake filled with a lovely jammy centre, frosted with vanilla butter cream and topped with a piped raspberry.
'Purely and Simply' Chocolate: Exactly that, a pure and simple chocolately chocolate cupcake topped with yummylicious chocolate butter cream frosting made from 65% plain good quality chocolate.
Chocolate Mint: Not necessarily after 8 but 'pure and simple' chocolate cupcake however this time topped with a light peppermint butter cream frosting with the added sprinkle of chocolate vermicelli.

We currently do 2 sizes:
Party size: Ideal for sharing, social gatherings, presents, children's parties, after dinner etc.
Luxury Size: Ideal for desserts, afternoon tea, Happy Birthdays, treats or just for indulging etc..
